One-on-one coaching is the best way for a leader to learn about how their beliefs, behaviours and approaches impact others. Observe

Coaching Process - Observing leaders doing what they do is the 1st step to understanding the impact they have on others
We spend time with you in your work place, with your people, watching you do what you do. We talk with your direct reports, peers and boss and gather their perspective of how they see you. This step creates 3rd party's view of you and the impact you have within your organization.

Identify

Coaching Process - Identify is about labeling our
Identify the "Blind Spots" - those beliefs, behaviours and approaches that negatively impact others you work with or lead.

Each of us have beliefs, behaviours and approaches that we unconscious use and we are not always aware of how people react to them. Through observation and discussion we identify these blind spots and help you to recognize them. We provide you with specific feedback on what you do and the impact it has on others and the business results you are trying to achieve. Often people you work with won't tell you about them even if they do recognize them.


Build

Coaching Process - Building is where we identify new beliefs, behaviours or approaches that will bring about a better desired result and growing these so they become natural.

It isn't enough to be aware of our Blind Spots, we need to replace the current belief, behaviour or approach with an alternative approach in order to get a different result.  We provide you with specific skills, approaches, techniques and methods that we have seen used successfully by GREAT leaders in similar situation as alternative ways to achieve a desired result.

Feedback & Coaching

Coaching Process - Feedback & Coaching aids skill building and refining approaches until they become our natural way of working
We continue to observe you in your workplace applying the new skill, approach, technique or method and we monitor both effective of execution and impact change on those yoiu work with. Through a series of observation, feedback and coaching sessions you find the right approach that consistently delivers the desired outcome.
