We spend time with you in your work place, with your people, watching you do what you do. We talk with your direct reports, peers and boss and gather their perspective of how they see you. This step creates 3rd party's view of you and the impact you have within your organization.

Identify the "Blind Spots" - those beliefs, behaviours and approaches that negatively impact others you work with or lead.
Each of us have beliefs, behaviours and approaches that we unconscious use and we are not always aware of how people react to them. Through observation and discussion we identify these blind spots and help you to recognize them. We provide you with specific feedback on what you do and the impact it has on others and the business results you are trying to achieve. Often people you work with won't tell you about them even if they do recognize them. |

This is where we identify new beliefs, behaviours or approaches that will bring about a better desired result and growing these so they become natural.
It isn't enough to be aware of our Blind Spots, we need to replace the current belief, behaviour or approach with an alternative approach in order to get a different result.
